Shanghai Pies are made to be eaten fresh. The ingredients are
sourced right before being cooked up into the tasty stews, braises
and curries that fill our pies. Because we cook them at their
optimum freshness our pies will keep, refrigerated for 6 days

- Lunch Pie = 200 grams
- Snack Pie = 100 grams
- Party Pie = 65 grams
- The Shanghai "One Bite" One Bite Pie = 25 grams
Reheating Shanghai Pies:
In a conventional oven at 180oC for 18minutes for pietastic
results, or (dare we mention!) microwave at medium heat for 2mins.
But the pastry is much much better in an oven. Make sure you
take them out of their stay fresh plastic wrapper before you
heat!
Shelf Life:
Fresh Shelf life is 6 days, although we can't imagine you
leaving our pies in your fridge for that long. If you want to save
them for later, Shanghai Pies are Freeze Thaw Stable. Stack some in
your freezer for a rainy day.
