At the Shanghai Pie Company we keep it simple. We bake the best
tasting pies with quality ingredients from trusted sources. In a
um, pieshell; it’s two steps to pie heaven: Quality Ingredients,
Cooked Properly.
Great tasting food is simple; Using quality fresh ingredients,
cooked properly allows us to cut pastry, not corners. That means
nasty E-numbers and trans-fats have no place in a Shanghai Pie.
There's just lean beef, skin free chicken, succulent pork and clean
fresh veggies underneath our crispy golden pastry.
We make our pies here in Shanghai in a kitchen just outside the
city. Our bakers wear natty white suits and take air showers to
ensure hygiene at Pie HQ. Our Pie Loving Chef, a New Zealander
baked his first pie nearly twenty years ago and is passionate about
them!
Today, we've five varieties of pie you can enjoy in pubs, deli's
and café's around Shanghai. We'll be adding more delicious flavours
as we find inspiring ingredients, and do look out for our Seasonal
Specialites and our soon to come Sweetie Pies. Yum!
Shanghai Pies will soon be available in take home packs. We'll
let you know when you'll find them at your deli, and when we'll
